BluePeak GO is a technology service platform that retails and distributes international travel data roaming packages. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to the terms below.

1. Service Description

BluePeak GO provides international travel data roaming services in the form of virtual eSIM profiles. After a successful checkout, a QR code is delivered to the buyer's email address. The buyer installs the eSIM on a compatible mobile device and uses it to access mobile data networks at the destination.

We do not provide voice calls, SMS, or any form of network proxy, tunneling, or anonymization services. Our service is intended solely for legitimate travel data roaming.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from BluePeak GO. You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use is eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked, and supports the network bands used at your destination.

3. Account & Orders

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at checkout.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate these terms.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is processed by a licensed third-party payment gateway. BluePeak GO does not store full payment card numbers.

5. Delivery

eSIMs are delivered as QR codes by email. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions stated in that policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any of the following:

• Any unlawful activity, including fraud, copyright infringement, or distribution of illegal content.
• Reselling, redistributing, or commercializing the data connection as a stand-alone network service.
• Using the connection to operate proxy servers, anonymizers, or similar intermediary services.
• Any activity that violates the acceptable use policies of our underlying telecom partners.

8. Network Quality & Availability

BluePeak GO partners with tier-1, fully licensed global telecom suppliers. However, mobile network coverage and quality depend on factors outside our control, including geography, weather, buildings, and the local infrastructure of the destination country. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or maximum-speed service in every location.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BluePeak GO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our service.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
