1. Product Nature
BluePeak GO sells international travel data roaming packages delivered as virtual eSIM profiles. An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM profile that you install on a compatible mobile device by scanning a QR code. It is not a physical product and is not shipped by courier, post, or any other physical carrier.
2. Delivery Method
- After your payment is successfully processed by our payment gateway, our system will automatically generate the eSIM profile.
- The QR code and a step-by-step activation guide will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
- The same QR code is also available in your BluePeak account dashboard for re-download at any time.
3. Delivery Time
Your eSIM QR code is sent immediately after a successful payment — typically within seconds, the moment our payment gateway confirms the transaction. In rare cases (for example, scheduled carrier provisioning, scheduled maintenance, or temporary gateway delays) delivery may take up to 10 minutes. If you have not received your QR code within 10 minutes of a successful payment, please contact our 24/7 support and we will re-issue it manually.
4. Shipping Fees
No physical shipping fees are charged. Because the product is delivered entirely by email, there are no postage, packaging, customs, or courier fees of any kind. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
5. Re-Delivery & Lost QR Codes
- If you did not receive the email, please first check your spam / junk folder.
- You can always log in to your account and re-download the QR code from your order page.
- If neither method works, contact our 24/7 support team and we will re-send the QR code to your registered email.
6. Activation Window
The QR code remains valid for activation throughout the plan's stated validity period, starting from the first network connection at the destination. Please install the eSIM before you depart or shortly after arrival to ensure the validity period is not shortened.
