Refund Policy

未激活/未绑定设备的二维码可在 7 天内无理由退款;一旦扫码激活或因用户自身手机不支持 eSIM 导致无法使用的,不予退款。 (QR codes that have not been activated or bound to a device may be refunded within 7 days, no questions asked. Once the QR code has been scanned and activated, or if the issue is caused by the user's own device not supporting eSIM, the purchase is non-refundable.)
1. Eligible for Refund (within 7 days)
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- You request the refund within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.
- The eSIM QR code has not been scanned or installed on any device.
- The eSIM has never connected to any supported network.
- You can provide the order number and the email used at checkout.
2. Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued in any of the following situations:
- The eSIM QR code has been scanned, installed, or activated on a device.
- The eSIM has successfully connected to a supported network at least once.
- The user requests a refund more than 7 days after the purchase date.
- The issue is caused by the user's device not supporting eSIM technology, or by the device being carrier-locked / network-locked.
- The issue is caused by user error during installation (for example, accidentally deleting the eSIM profile after installation).
- The plan has been partially or fully consumed.
- The user has violated our Terms of Service.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email admin@nodehooks.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.
- Our team will verify the activation status of the eSIM with our telecom partners.
- If the request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Coverage / Quality Issues
BluePeak GO partners only with tier-1, fully licensed global telecom suppliers. If you experience a service problem that is confirmed by our partners to be caused by network coverage or quality on our side, and you have not consumed a significant portion of the plan, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair resolution. This may include a partial refund, a top-up, or a free replacement plan.
5. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same plan twice, and the second QR code has not been used, please contact support within 7 days for a refund of the duplicate purchase.
6. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our 24/7 support channel. Unfounded chargebacks may result in the suspension of your BluePeak account.
