What is an eSIM?
An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM built into your phone. Instead of swapping a physical card, you scan a QR code and your plan activates instantly. Most phones made after 2018 support eSIM.
How is the eSIM delivered?
All products are delivered digitally. As soon as your checkout is successful, we email a virtual QR code and an activation guide immediately (typically within seconds, never more than 10 minutes). You can also retrieve it anytime from your account dashboard. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Is this a travel data / data roaming service?
Yes. BluePeak GO provides international travel data roaming only. We do not provide voice, SMS, proxy, tunneling, or anonymization services of any kind.
When does my data plan start?
Most plans activate the moment your eSIM connects to a supported network at your destination. Some short-trip plans activate on first use. Check the product details for the exact rule.
Is my phone compatible?
Our eSIMs work with most modern eSIM-capable phones, including iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 4 and newer, and Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer. You can confirm in your phone settings under Cellular / Mobile Data. Please note: if your device does not support eSIM, the plan is non-refundable once delivered. See our Refund Policy.
Can I keep my home number?
Yes. eSIMs are data-only, so your physical SIM can stay active for calls and texts. Many modern phones also support dual SIM (one eSIM + one physical SIM) at the same time.
How do you ensure quality and compliance?
We partner only with tier-1, fully licensed global telecom suppliers. Every eSIM is provisioned through regulated, in-country networks, ensuring the connectivity you receive is high quality and compliant with local regulations.
What if I run out of data?
You can top up at any time from your account or buy a new plan. Some regional and global plans allow add-on data without changing your eSIM.
What is your refund policy?
If your eSIM has not been activated and the QR code is unused, you are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Once the eSIM has connected to a network, the plan is non-refundable. Please see our full Refund Policy.
