This page explains what personal information BluePeak GO collects when you purchase an international travel data roaming plan, and how that information is used.
1. Information We Collect
- Order information: name, email address, billing country, and the plan you purchased.
- Payment information: processed by a licensed third-party payment gateway. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Device & eSIM information: limited technical data required by our telecom partners to provision your eSIM, such as eSIM ID (EID) and activation status.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver your QR code and activation guide by email.
- To provide 24/7 customer support and to handle refund requests.
- To comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
- To prevent fraud and abuse of our service.
3. What We Do Not Do
BluePeak GO is a travel data roaming service. We do not:
- Provide any form of network proxy, tunneling, or anonymization service.
- Sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
- Use the connectivity itself for any surveillance or tracking purpose beyond standard network operations required by our telecom partners.
4. Sharing with Telecom Partners
To provision and operate your eSIM, limited technical data is shared with our licensed global telecom partners. This is required for the service to function and is governed by our partner agreements and applicable law.
5. Data Retention
We retain order records for as long as required by tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, and for a reasonable period thereafter to handle support requests.
6. Your Rights
